Since each item is custom printed or embroidered just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
General dissatisfaction with fit or color
Please double-check our size guides before ordering.
But If We Messed Up…
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Fast.
What we’ll do:
Replace the item at no cost
Or issue a refund (your choice)
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief message so we can handle it properly
